In this post, I created a beautiful Christmas 🎄decoration tutorial to decorate your Christmas tree🎄.

This Christmas ball ornament is very beautiful. I hope the written instructions, will help you and as usual I would like to thank you very much for attending

You can use any type of yarn, you have and the hook size that suits for the yarn.

Materials:

•         Yarn

   Sport or DK light, you can do in one color or more colors . For one color ball need in total 65gr/2,29oz, 85 mtr/3,346inc-93yds.

  o   Gauge: 24sts x 32rows : 10cm x 10cm/4’ x 4’

  ·         Hook : metric3,5mm, US Ε/4, UK9

  ·         1 bead

  ·         Filling

  ·         1 crochet stitch marker

  ·         A pair of scissor

  ·         sew yarn needle

Dimensions: in the largest circle, perimeter 19cm / 7inc

Abbreviations:

·                     Rnd : round

·                     sc : single crochet

·                     ch : chain

·                     st (s): stitch (stitches)

·                     dec:  invisible decrease – 2sc together

·                     Inc : increase , 2sts together in the same stitch

Notes:

·           In the end of every round, join the last sc with the starting ch of the round with a slip stitch, make 1ch – (that ch is the starting or every row and not counts in the pattern).

Starting:

Magic ring and 1ch (starting ch which not counts in the pattern)

·                     Rnd 1 : 6sc in the mgr,

·                     Rnd 2 : 6inc (12sts)

·                     Rnd 3 : *1sc, 1inc* x 6 times - (18sts)

·                     Rnd 4 : *2sc, 1inc* x 6 times - (24sts)

·                     Rnd 5 : *3sc, 1inc* x 6 times (30sts)

·                     Rnd 6 : *1sc, in every st of the round  (30sts)

·                     Rnd 7 : *4sc,1inc* x 6 times (36sts)

·                     Rnd 8 – Rnd 12 (5rnds): *1sc, in every st of the round  (36sts)

 

·                     In these 5 rounds, don’t have inc or dec -  due to stability.  We can crochet with different colors creating patterns or just alternate colors in each round (as the ball in the picture) .

·                     Rnd 13: *4sc,1dec* x 6 times - (30sts)

·                     Rnd 14 : *1sc, in every st of the round  (30sts)

·                     Rnd 15 : *3sc,1dec* x 6 times  (24sts)

·                     Rnd 16 : *2sc,1dec* x 6 times  (18sts)

·                     Fill the ball

·                     Rnd 17: *1sc,  1dec* x 6times (12sts)

·                     Rnd 18: 6 dec(6sts)

·                     Rnd 19: 3 dec (3sts)

·                     Cut the thread leaving a long tail.

·                    Pass the yarn through the last 3 sts, stabilize them and pass the needle in the center.

·                      Create a large loop.

·                     With the help of a needle ,pass the loop into the bead,

·                     make a knot to stabilize the bead

Ο αγαπημένος ΄Αγιος όλων των παιδιών, μικρών και μεγάλων, ο ΄Αη Βασίλης, ξεκίνησε τις προετοιμασίες του για τις γιορτές.
