Autumn is my favorite Season of the year,

also soft ice cream cone, was (and also is😁) my favorite dessert with the coolest taste which travelling me in summer vacances ...

When I first saw the pattern in Ravelry , my childhood memories and the combination of all the above led me to knit this hat in the colors of Autumn and in the shape of the ice cream tap that I loved as a child.

Materials:

one skein of medium weight yarn,

1 skein = 100gr/210.0 meters (229.7 yards) used yarn Alize Burcum Batik code:3368 (multicolor)

needles size 5mm/US8 for the body of hat and

4.5mm/US for the ribbing

Also, sewed a green vintage button on the top.

Ψάρι γεμιστό στο φούρνο , συνταγή της Μαριέτας Ιωσηφίδου

"Ψάρι γεμιστό στο φούρνο"

συνταγή της Μαριέτας Ιωσηφίδου

Υλικά:

8 κολιούς μεγάλους (υπολογίζουμε 2 μεσαία ψάρια για κάθε μερίδα, αν χρησιμοποιήσουμε άλλο ψάρι π.χ. τσιπούρα, λαβράκι υπολογίζουμε 1 μεγάλο ψάρι ανά μερίδα)
Ελαιόλαδο 1/2 κούπα
Αλάτι
ρίγανη
1 λεμόνι (1/2 λεμόνι κομμένο σε ροδέλες και 1/2 λεμόνι στυμμένο τον χυμό του)
Λαδόχαρτο για το ταψί
1 κούπα νερό

Υλικά Γέμισης

1 πράσο καθαρισμένο και κομμένο σε ροδέλες λεπτές (τα εξωτερικά φλούδια του πράσου που καθαρίσαμε τα πλένουμε και τα κρατάμε)
1 κρεμμύδι ξερό μικρό καθαρισμένο και κομμένο σε φέτες λεπτές (τα εξωτερικά φλούδια του κρεμμυδιού που καθαρίσαμε τα πλένουμε και τα κρατάμε για το ταψί)
1 κούπα μαϊντανό ψιλοκομμένο
1 σκελίδα σκόρδο καθαρισμένη και κομμένη σε λεπτές φέτες
ελαιόλαδο 1/4 κούπας

Μαγείρεμα:

Ανάβουμε τον φούρνο στους 170βαθμούς
Βρέχουμε το λαδόχαρτο με νερό και το απλώνουμε στο ταψί. Επάνω από το λαδόχαρτο τοποθετούμε τα χοντρά φύλλα από το πράσο, το κρεμμύδι και τα κοτσάνια από τον μαϊντανό που έχουμε καθαρίσει.
Πλένουμε καθαρίζουμε τα ψάρια.(βράγχια και εντόσθια )
σε βαθύ μπολ βάζουμε όλα τα υλικά της γέμισης, αλάτι, ρίγανη λίγο ελαιόλαδο και τα ανακατεύουμε καλά.
Παίρνουμε κάθε ψάρι, ανοίγουμε την κοιλιά του και την γεμίζουμε με γέμιση και 1/2 φέτα λεμονιού.
τοποθετούμε το ψάρι στο ταψί.
Ρίχνουμε επάνω από τα ψάρια λίγο αλάτι, ρίγανη, 1/2 κούπα ελαιόλαδο , το χυμό του λεμονιού και 1 κούπα νερό.
τοποθετούμε το ταψί στον φούρνο για μισή ώρα...
