Shrimp Spaghetti

 

 

Shrimp spaghetti by Marieta Iosifidou 

A delicious, healthy and easy meal.  

Cooked in a short time, takes less than 30 minutes,everybody likes, it’s simple, and very flavorful. 


 Ingredients:

  • • 1 pack of spaghetti 500gr. (lasagna, spaghetti) whatever you like

  • • 1/2 kg of shrimps (30pieces)

    • 1/2 kg of mushrooms (clean them and cut them in half)

    • 1 cup chopped dill

    • 1 chopped onion

    • 4 green onions, finely chopped

    • 4 cloves garlic chopped

    • olive oil 1/2 cup

    • salt

    • pepper

    • oregano

Cooking

• Clean the shrimp from the shells, the heads and remove the small intestine.

• Put water in a saucepan to boil.

• Once it boils, add salt and the shrimp shells together with the heads. Boil for 5 minutes. Strain the water and put it in the pot.  throw away the shells and the heads.

• Once the water has boiled, add the spaghetti and stir. Boil in an open pot for 7 minutes. Strain and add a little raw olive oil to the spaghetti and stir.

 • In a large pan put olive oil to burn and pour in the onion (dry and fresh), mix with a wooden spoon and then add the peeled mushrooms.

• Let the food steam for 5 minutes by shaking the pot 2 times.

• Then add the garlic, salt, oregano, pepper, dill and stir to get the spices everywhere. Cook the food for another 5 minutes

• While cooking the mushrooms, at the same time, in a small pan, add a little olive oil to heat well and add the shrimp to cook for 2 minutes on each side, salt them.

• Put the shrimp in the mushrooms and mix gently, let all the ingredients boil together for 2-3 minutes and then add the mushrooms with the shrimp, in the pot with the spaghetti.

• Stir gently to combine the ingredients.

• Good appetite.
