Praline  Fairy Cookies

Not only the house smells of musk, but the whole neighborhood.

The best company that shouts for a fragrant coffee.

Ready in 5' and baked in 20'... The whole process takes 30' Ingredients

(all ingredients at room temperature):

• 360 g hazelnut praline 🍫

• 2 whole eggs 

• 1 tablespoon fresh cow’s🐄 butter (at room temperature)

   1/2 teaspoon vanillin powder of syrop

• 400 grams of self-rising Farin up type flour (if you don't have regular flour, add 2 teaspoons of baking powder).

• If you want, add grated chocolate 2 tablespoons (optional)

• Spread on the large baking tray of the oven, a baking sheet moistened with water

Preheat the oven in 170°C

Cook the cookies:

Beat

·         Hazelnut praline,

·         Εggs

·         Βutter

          vanillin powder or syrop and

·         Add (if you want the grated chocolate).

It becomes porridge. Put on kitchen gloves,

·   Add the flour little by little, and knead lightly to get soft dough.

Take off the gloves

Take about 15-17 grams of dough and shape into balls

Spread the balls on the baking sheet, at a distance from each other because they spread and puff up.

Bake at 170°C for air for 12'-15'.

The result...is magically delicious!
