First discloth knitting pattern for me. 😀 Inspiration from participation in January swap in Raverly.  I loved 💗 the participation and the pattern. 

Is an easy knitting pattern, quick and a great idea🌟🎈 for gift 🎄🎉 .

Knitting Flat

 

For the lace part of the pattern needed 31sts and 12rows.

For the lace part of pattern, follow

1. in the written instructions Row 5 – R16   

2. from the chart from Column 6-36.

In the edge stitches used i-cord stitch and slip stitch to separate the lace design from the edge.

 

Materials:

·         Yarn: DK cotton yarn, or any yarn you prefer - 40-50gr/1,62 Oz

·         Needles: it depends of the yarn you will use

·         2 slip markers

·         A pair of scissors

Abbreviations:

·         R : row

·         RS: Right Side

·         WS: Wrong Side

·         K : knit

·         P : purl

·         Pm : put marker

·         Sm : slip marker

·         Slst : slip stitch purlwise

·         Wyib: with yarn in back

·         Wyif: with yarn in front

·         K2tog : knit two stitches together (decrease)

·         St(s) : stitch (stitches)

·         Psso: pass slipped stitch over knitted stitch.

Repeat R5-R16 until you have 4 repeats of the lace pattern.

When completed the desire length of the lace pattern, continue with R1-R4 .

Bind off all sts, cut the yarn weave in end.

Expensive and beautiful Memories that sprang from the old box with the mother's knit and crochet works."Mom's coasters" which were white, braided, cotton.

 Their role was to decorate the saucer of the water, for the official guests. Next to the dessert plate, he placed the coasters in "crystal" plates, and put the glass with the water on.

Inspired by these old white knits, the colored coasters of joy were created with a thin colored macramé yarn – (leftovers of used yarns) , with additions and subtractions to the old design.

We will see, the first drawing with pictures and its written instructions.

Yarn: thick macramé

Hook  n.3,5

A pair of scissors

Magic ring

·         Rnd 1: Ch 3; 12dc, join with a sl st to top of beg 3^rd ch – 12 sts.

·         Rnd 2: Ch 3, 2dc in joining, 2chs, skip next st; *Dc increase, 2chs-skip next-st * repeat around; join.

·         Rnd 3: Ch 3, in next space of 2chs (and in every

·          space around),make *2 dc, 2ch,2dc*,join

·         Rnd 4: Ch 1, *7dc in every space of 2chs, 1sc between the petals;* join to first sc.

·         1sc in back loop of every stitch around.

Fasten off. Weave in ends
