Zig Zag Colorful Paths

Inspired 😊by the Zig-Zag-Chevron technique,
this crochet blanket is an ode to the rhythm and harmony of knitting that
expresses me and I love. Its characteristic zig-zag lines create a sense of
movement, like gentle waves that spread across the space, giving life and
character to the blanket.
Yarn: was used Aran weight yarn (wool & acrylic). Compose in three different colors💙💚💖, which alternate with balance and
freshness. They are separated from each other with yarn in the color 💭White. Each shade embraces the next,
creating a game of contrasts and harmony.
Crochet
hook: A constant value, my favorite ergonomic crochet hook in size (metric 5mm
– USA H/8, UK 6). My assistant, so that each stitch gets the care it deserves
in each creation.
Blanket
dimensions: 170cm x 190cm / 66,93inch x
Process and
technique: In addition to the knowledge and experience I already had on
chevron-Zig Zag knitting, I searched for additional information on the internet
that helped me substantially in the final selection of the design and in
adapting it to exactly the dimensions I needed. Through detailed instructions,
diagrams and explanatory videos, I was able to better understand the structure
of the pattern, correctly calculate the repetitions and achieve the desired
result without compromising on aesthetics.
This process was not a simple technical step, but was part of my creative journey. Research, comparing different approaches and adapting them to my own needs contributed to the formation of a design that combined functionality and personal style.
